An Indian mobile company 'Ringing Bells' launches the cheapest and the most affordble smartphone in India 'Freedom 251' . Online booking for the Rs. 251 smartphone arguably the cheapest in the world. Bookings are started form February 18,2016 and will close on February 21,2016.The company says deliveries will be completed by 30th June 2016. Women safety , swachh Bharat,fisherman,farmer,medical,google play,whatsapp,facebook,youtube are of the apps that will come preloaded with the phone. The launch is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for 'empowering India to the last person,trasforming India's growth story' , the company said.
