Puppet procession on Shrove Tuesday in the historic center of Giovinazzo on February 21, 2023. Zi' Rocc, the Carnival puppet as it is called throughout the Bari area, on Shrove Tuesday, at the corner of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II in Giovinazzo, was carried on the shoulders by some citizen volunteers in procession before its cremation, as a sign of the end of the Carnival.
