Am young man transports an electric scooter to a recharging station in Warsaw, Poland on August 7, 2019. Several hundred people this year have already been admitted to emergency care for injuries following use of electric, ride-sharing scooters according to Gazeta Prawna. Currently Polish law lacks any specific legistlation for electric scooters and states they be used in pedestrian zones only.
