The ''Hero'' shield machine is successfully passing under the Yao Lake branch as it completes the 411th ring excavation for the Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel, which is part of the Nanchang-Jiujiang Intercity Railway in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China, on May 1, 2024. The Tianxiang Avenue Tunnel, a critical component of the railway's full line, spans a total length of 6.379 km and is the largest shield tunnel for a 350 km/h high-speed railway officially under construction in China.
