An Indian security personnel frisks the bag of a pedestrian during a security check in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on November 21, 2025. Security is on high alert across the Kashmir Valley and along the international border with Pakistan following a deadly explosion near the historic Red Fort in Old Delhi, which kills at least twelve people. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on November 11, calls a deadly car explosion near the historic Red Fort in the heart of the capital that kills at least twelve people a ''conspiracy,'' vowing those responsible face justice. India's government confirms on November 12 that it treats a car blast that kills twelve people and wounds at least 20 others in Delhi as a ''terror incident'' and vows to bring the perpetrators to justice as swiftly as possible. Meanwhile, India's anti-terrorism agency says on Thursday it arrests four more people, including three doctors, in connection with last week's deadly car blast in Delhi, the first such attack in the heavily-guarded capital in more than a decade.

Vera Vigevani de Jarach arrives 86 years ago from Milan, Italy, by boat, fleeing the racial laws of fascist Italy. Her grandfather dies in Auschwitz. There is no grave to mourn him. Another genocide strikes three decades later. Vera's only daughter, Franca Jarach, is disappeared by the dictatorship. Nor is there a grave to leave her a flower. ''I have two stories that prove that what happened once can happen again,'' she warns. A Mother of the Plaza de Mayo of the Founding Line and a member of the Argentine Historical and Social Memory Foundation, Vera dies at the age of 97. Vera is born on March 5, 1928, in northern Italy. She and her family decide to come to Argentina to escape fascism. They travel on the Augustus ship, traveling second class because they don't have money for more. On the journey, the children--despite the horrors stalking them--play. What amuses them most is hide-and-seek. ''I am still a little girl, but when I arrive my childhood is over,'' she says.

Jean Cristophe Sellin, one of the leaders of a political party, argues with a riot police officer. Called by all trade unions united, thousands of people take to the streets in Toulouse, France, on September 10, against Macron's economic policies after a day called 'Bloquons tout' (Block everything). It launches at the beginning of the summer on social networks against Macron's policies: downsizing the welfare state to cut taxes for businesses, rising the Defense budget and Interior Ministry, and his choice of conservative Sebastien Lecornu as the new Prime Minister. His pro-business stance angers French people who blockade everywhere in France on September 10. A gathering and a march are authorized by the Prefect of Occitanie. The Prefect decides to forbid the gathering called by the CGT union and the march one and a half hours before the beginning. Riot police charge and clash violently with peaceful protesters and CGT unionists using tear gas and pepper spray in Toulouse, France, on October 2, 2025.
