Material in the media showing the story of Mrs. Joanna, who described how she was treated by the police after information about an independent and legal termination of pregnancy, aroused indignation. As she stated, among other things, her laptop and phone were unlawfully taken away, she was treated as a criminal and stripped of her dignity by being forced to undress. Demonstrations in solidarity with Joanna took place in cities across the country. Participants protested against police violence and the current abortion law.
