Marion Esnault, freelance photographer and activist of the ALternatiba and ANV-COP21 movements, answers questions from the press outside the courtroom of the Paris court during the trial of eight (8) activists of the ANV-COP21 movement (Non Violent Action - COP21) tried on Wednesday, September 11 at the Paris Court of First Instance (TGI) for having participated in actions to remove Emmanuel Macron's presidential portrait from Paris district town halls last February to denounce the French government's climate inaction as part of the "Décrochons Macron" campaign. The court has requested fines of €1,000, including a suspended €500 fine, and the verdict will be handed down on 16 October.
