FUYANG, CHINA - AUGUST 24, 2023 - Customers prepare to buy seafood at a supermarket in Fuyang city, East China's Anhui province, Aug 24, 2023. The General Administration of Customs decided to take emergency measures for aquatic products originating in Japan, and completely suspended the import of aquatic products originating in Japan (including edible aquatic animals) from August 24, 2023. On the same day, Japan started to discharge contaminated water from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant into the sea.

From January to April this year, Taicang Port completed the throughput of domestic and foreign trade of 143,400 vehicles, including 91,500 exported vehicles. Taicang Customs recently released statistics, in the first four months of this year, the import and export of Taicang, Jiangsu Province, 34.51 billion yuan, an increase of 3.5% over the same period last year.

Tamil Hindu devotees carry the idol of Lord Vinayagar (Lord Ganesh) from the chariot back towards the temple during the Vinayagar Ther Thiruvizha Festival at a Tamil Hindu temple in Ontario, Canada on July 23, 2016. The idol is adorned in green and sprayed with cold water which is said to calm the deity from all the excitement experienced while completing the exterior tour of the temple. This festival is part of the 15 day long festival that honours Lord Murugan which culminates with an extravagant chariot procession.
