October 31st, Arnhem. As in previous years, the Zombie Walk took place around the center of Arnhem. The walk started at the Live music venue Willemeen, where make up artists were creating their zombie makeups. Hundreds of zombies staggered through the inner city in search of fresh brains during the ultimate Halloween Parade.

In the traditional carnival of Piasca (Cantabria), "the zamarrones" dressed in skins made of skins, chase the youngsters, in the afternoon they share a parade with other characters invited to their carnival., on February 23, 2019. Derived from ancient folklore the zamarrones, dressed in white masks and skins chase children with a broom.

The "joaldunak" with their skins and cowbells are the main characters of the Ituren carnival, Spain, on 28 January 2019. Ituren is a small town of just over 500 inhabitants, is located in the Alto Bidasoa region or in Navarra. The origin of this celebration is uncertain, but it has many similarities to other celebrations where masks and cowbells are the main elements. It is believed that its origin can be linked to celebrations or ancestral rites of change of seasonal cycle, of celebration of the winter solstice. It is one of the most striking masques in the north of the Iberian Peninsula. The "Joaldunak" (its translation is: "those who carry cowbells") are the main characters of the celebration. On Monday morning, they march the "Joaldunak" of Zubieta to Ituren (about 3 km is the distance that separates both locations) where they will meet the "Joaldunak" of Ituren. While the plaza delpueblo has been taken by young "mozorros" of the puerblo with provocative and wild costumes. Until the "joaldunak" throw them out.
