EMS responds and transports him to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. Subsequently, officers discover a 23-year-old man in front of 1420 Clay Avenue with a graze wound to the chin. EMS responds and transports the 23-year-old victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln in stable condition. Upon further investigation, officers discover that the incident occurs in front of 350 East 170 Street. There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing.
