An Indian local doctor of Mushahari village demonstrate the working of glucometer machine for the patients suffering from AES (Acute Encephalitis syndrome) , in AES ward of community health centre (CHC) , in the outskirts of Muzaffarpur ,Bihar, on June 21, 2019 . The stench of urine, chlorine, vomit and death fills the main hospital in Muzaffarpur in eastern India, the epicentre of a mystery brain fever outbreak that has killed over 100 children since June 1.
