'Sophia the Robot' speaks during a press-conference in Kiev, Ukraine, 11 October, 2018. The humanoid 'Sophia the Robot', developed by Hong Kong-based company Hanson Robotics, visited Ukraine to have a meeting with the Ukrainian PM and for cooperation with State Agency for Electronic Government of Ukraine. The press conference ended with the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between State Agency for Electronic Government of Ukraine and Hanson Robotics and AngelVest on the dissemination of the use of AI technologies and robotics in all spheres of life and industry of Ukraine, as well as the creation of an international Center for the study and development of AI technology and robotics.
