On April 3 Ukrainian presidential candidate Volodymyr Zelenskiy declared his readiness to participate to the debate with Petro Poroshenko after undergoing a medical examination for alcohol and drug addictions. The second round of Ukraine's presidential election will be held on 21 April 2019.
