A 50-year-old woman is arrested after pepper spraying a City of New York Marshal who is attempting to conduct an eviction in Brooklyn, New York, United States, on November 22, 2024. At approximately 12:40 PM, a 38-year-old man who is not hospitalized is pepper sprayed in the eyes by a female suspect. Jennifer Thompson, a 50-year-old woman at 1138 Lafayette Avenue, is arrested and charged with assault in the second degree and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree.
