Gen-Z leader Miraj Dhungana announces the formation of a political party to enter the mainstream politics of Nepal during a press conference in Kathmandu, Nepal, on October 18, 2025. Dhungana rises to prominence following the Gen-Z movement. He is claimed to be the one who runs the online campaign for the September 8 protest. While confirming his intention to establish a political party, Dhungana says the official name of the party has not yet been decided. He adds that his group plans to seek suggestions from voters and the general public before finalizing the name.
