Yahya Akhzeiq, 27 years old, wipes the dust off the photovoltaic panels placed on the concrete of a destroyed building, which collapses on an Israeli military vehicle (unseen) abandoned by the Israeli army and now used as a charging point by the mainly displaced Palestinians in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood, in the southern part of Gaza City, on November 29, 2025. Brothers Yahya and Akram Akhzeiq set up a charging point using solar-energy panels placed on the exterior of the vehicle's hull, which sits under the concrete of a destroyed building.
