They declare the 10 demanding for Danamon Bank Management : Stop massive job cut, Severence Pay for ex employee, stop training on employee about cutting job, Insurance payment, stop force rank, payment increasing, stop over hour beyon human condition, stop outsourcing. The deman happening because Danamon Bank Management cutting employees without severence pay when the company having big revenue in the past year (arround USD 2000,000 revenue)
