Economic productivity activities are currently taking place in silhouette at the Port of Belawan in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia, on March 28, 2024. Farid Chairmawan, Vice President of Corporate Communications for PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan, is saying that PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, a subholding of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia or Pelindo, is operating in the port segment, specializing in non-container terminal operations in Indonesia. The SPMT Group is committed to transforming the 25 terminals it manages across Indonesia by focusing on six pillars: business processes, human resources, technology, equipment, infrastructure, and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE). Pelindo is also implementing standardization and digitalization, starting from planning and control, and is working to improve traffic flow. These efforts are aimed at maximizing loading and unloading activities, which will increase Ton/Ship/Day productivity and significantly reduce port stay and cargo stay.

Shopkeeper of a Nautical store near the bridge Klaas Jan Hoeve is showing a historic old black and white picture of the bridge with the bridge been visible out. The iconic historic De Hef - Koningshavenbrug Bridge in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam may be dismantled for Jeff Bezos superyacht to pass under, as the mast of the sailboat exceeds the height of the bridge. The two-tower with swing lift bridge is an old level steel railroad bridge connecting the island, Noordereiland in the Maas river in the Southern part of Rotterdam. The bridge was built in 1877 and suffered damage during the 1940 German bombings. Since 2017 after the renovation work, the municipality promised that the bridge would never be dismantled again. The superyacht for the multibillionaire chairman of Amazon is built in the Dutch shipyards of Oceanco. The city council said in a statement that if they will proceed the cost of the deconstruction will be covered by the shipbuilder. Rotterdam, The Netherlands on February 4, 2022
