A blood trail is being found at the crime scene. Shell casings are being recovered at the crime scene. A 19-year-old male victim is being shot and killed in Chicago, Illinois, United States, on June 20, 2024. At approximately 6:15 p.m. Thursday evening on the 1700 block of W. 46th St., a 19-year-old male victim is near the sidewalk when he is being approached by an armed unknown male suspect who is showing a handgun and firing shots. The victim is being struck multiple times in the body and is being transported to the hospital where he is being pronounced dead. There are no suspects in custody.
