A young pro-Palestinian woman holds up a sign reading in Arabic 'break your siege', while another sign reads 'shame on the Arab rulers', during a march organized by civil society, feminist, and human rights organizations, including Amnesty International and the Tunisian League of Human Rights (LTDH), that brings together dozens of pro-Palestinian demonstrators in Tunis, Tunisia, on June 15, 2025, in support of the international movements the Global March to Gaza and the Maghreb Resilience Convoy. These humanitarian movements both aim to head towards the Rafah border crossing in Egypt, in a bid to lift the blockade of Gaza amid Israel's ongoing war in the enclave. Demonstrators also call for the criminalization of all normalization of relations with Israel while expressing support for the Palestinian resistance. The Global March to Gaza is a civilian-led international initiative, scheduled to begin on June 15, 2025, aiming to march from Arish, Egypt, to the Rafah border crossing with the Gaza Strip in Palestine. Two days earlier, hundreds of participants in the Global March to Gaza arriving in Cairo have their passports taken at a checkpoint and are detained and deported to their home countries in Europe and North Africa.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators stand with a large Palestinian flag during a demonstration organized by the Coordination of Joint Action for Palestine, which brings together hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists and protesters, in Tunis, Tunisia, on June 14, 2025, to protest the Eastern Libyan authorities' halt of the Maghreb Resilience Convoy (also known as the Steadfastness Convoy) at the Sirte gate in Libya. The organizers of the convoy say that several participants are assaulted and detained by security forces loyal to Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar. The Resilience Convoy (also called Soumoud Convoy or Sumud Convoy) is a Maghreb humanitarian land convoy traveling from Tunisia, through Libya, to the Rafah Border Crossing between Palestine and Egypt. Comprising around one thousand five hundred pro-Palestinian participants and activists, the convoy aims to reach Rafah in southern Gaza to lift the Israeli siege and deliver humanitarian aid amid the ongoing Israeli offensive in the Strip. The Convoy of Resilience is scheduled to join the 'Global March to Gaza' movement in Rafah, Egypt, on June 15. The organizers of the Global March to Gaza say that hundreds of participants arriving in Cairo have their passports taken at a checkpoint and are detained and deported to their home countries in Europe and North Africa.
