Family membes say Mariusz was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was forced to remain lying on the street in freezing cold temperatures after suffering physical abuse by police. His family is demanding financial compensation for permanent injuries suffered during the arrest. Swedish authorities deny any wrongdoing by police and say the Mariusz will be extradited to Poland this summer.
