Homeless Encampment Eviction In Philadelphia, USA on November 15, 2018. A homeless tent community under the railroad trestles are roused early on their final day before they are forced to find somewhere else to make their homes. As the city of Philadelphia works to clear the trestles along Kensington Ave. Some of the people being forced out will make it into a shelter for them the question is for how long. Many more weren't so lucky and will have to find a new place to sleep as winter sets in.
