The banner reads 'End of private planes'. XR France (Extinction Rebellion France) organized across France, several symbolic actions called 'Rinoferoce'. In the Occitanie region, they decided to block the entrance of one of the main golf courses around Toulouse the day before the COP27 opening. They stand in front of the entrance, chained together. They protested against the ecological costs (mainly water and pesticides) of this kind of leisure for the 'happy fews' as they say. They also used golf balled to design the XR symbol on the ground. After several hours of blockade they left the golf course without intervention of the police, which was present.Toulouse. France. November 5th 2022.
