The SPMT Group is committed to transforming the 25 terminals it manages across Indonesia by focusing on six pillars: business processes, human resources, technology, equipment, infrastructure, and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE). Pelindo is also implementing standardization and digitalization, starting from planning and control, and is working to improve traffic flow. These efforts are aimed at maximizing loading and unloading activities, which will increase Ton/Ship/Day productivity and significantly reduce port stay and cargo stay.
