Upon arrival, officers observe a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS transports the victim to Saint Barnabas Hospital, where he is pronounced dead. There are no arrests, and the investigation remains ongoing. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending proper family notification. Bullet holes are visible on the car and window, with a large crime scene spanning several blocks.
