Thursday evening at approximately 5:45 PM, a female child is raped. The victim is taken to a hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. There are no arrests, and the investigation is ongoing. Inside a stairwell and the lobby of the building, several pieces of evidence are collected, and the investigators meticulously and methodically process the crime scene.
