Former Nepali energy minister and chairman of the Ujyalo Nepal Party, Kulman Ghising (center), addresses the media during the manifesto unveiling ceremony in Kathmandu, Nepal, on February 15, 2026, for the upcoming election next month. The party pledges commitments ranging from free treatment services to expanded mental health care and the provision of specialist doctors at the local level.
