Hemophilia Welfare Foundation made human chain with Hemophilia patient in front of Press Club Dhaka on the ocassion of World Hemophilia Day. World Federation of Hemophilia made a slogan on that day "World Hemophilia Day will focus on encouraging the global bleeding disorders community to Speak out. Create change." Hemophilia,a medical condition in which the ability of the blood to clot is severely reduced, causing the sufferer to bleed severely from even a slight injury. The condition is typically caused by a hereditary lack of a coagulation factor, most often factor VIII.
