Two Virginia State Police officers watch as The People's Convoy circles the Capital Beltway for the second consecutive day. The convoy drew two spectators who stayed very briefly, and the officers departed before the end of the convoy passed by. The convoy consists of truckers and many supporters in passenger vehicles, who were inspired by the truck protests in Ottawa. They are demanding an end to vaccine and other national mandates due to the coronavirus pandemic, despite the fact that no such mandates exist.
