Thousands of protesters took to the streets in Toulouse against the near mandatory vaccination and against the mandatory health pass after Macron's speech on July 12th. More then 220,000 people demostrated across France. On July 12th, Macron announced the health pass will be mandatory for entry to a wide array of public venues such as cafes, theaters, concerts hall, cinemas, shopping malls, public transportation, swimming pools, and even hospitals unless a critical situation, etc. The prohibition for public spaces for unvaccinated people has begun on August 9th. The major exhibition 'All the King’s Tapestries: Homecomings 2021-1961-1921' is presented at the Wawel Royal Castle in Krakow, Poland on March 16, 2021. For the first time all 137 of the royal tapestries from the collection of King Sigismund II Augustus that are preserved in Poland are now open for viewers for six months.Tapestries from the leading Brussels’ workshops in the mid-1500s, range from monumental figurative textiles with biblical scenes, through verdures depicting animals and armorial tapestries, to small tapestries meant to cover furniture.

A protester has put a rose triangle with the words 'un vaccinated'.More than 10,000 protesters took to the streets in Toulouse against the near mandatory vaccination and against the health pass after the Macron's speech on July 12th. Macron announced the health pass will be mandatory for going in public places such as cafes, theates, concerts hall, cinemas, shops, public transportation (train, bus, tramway), etc. The delay between the first jab and the health pass obtention will be five weeks. But the prohibition for public spaces for non-vaccinated people will begin on August 1st. Some say its alike apartheid and 2nd class citizens. The law will be passed on sunday. The protest was once again forbidden by the Prefet. Riot police used tear gas to break the protest at the end. Toulouse. France. July 24th 2021.

A Yellow Vest has written of her back 'I don't want to live in a democrature' ('democrature' is a mix between the word 'democracy' and 'dictatorship') in Toulouse, France, on May 16th 2020. As the lockdown in France came to an end on May 11th, the Yellow Vests protesters called to a new protest for May 16th. The Yellow Vests gathering was forbidden by the Prefet of Haute-Garonne. Yellow Vests tried to gather but an heavy police presence, ID checks, arrests and fines blocked them. Police sent also a water cannon. Nearly everyone wear a protective mask as the SRAS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic goes on.

Since the beginning of the confinement in France on March 16th, construction and public works halt to a grind. In a new quarter of Toulouse, the Cartoucherie eco-quarter, construction came to a standstill. No workers to be seen there and buildings stay as they were on March 16th. The construction and Public Works sector still haven't find a way to circumvent the propagation of the virus and thus the protection of workers on work sites.
