The 16-year-old female is pronounced dead on the scene by EMS. EMS transports the 32-year-old female to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst in stable condition. Upon further investigation, it is determined that the incident occurs at Roosevelt Avenue and Benham Street.
