A local vendor sells ordinary drinking water in discarded plastic bottles in a general comartment of a train, at platform of Allahabad Railway station, during a hot day,in Allahabad on April 19,2016. In the scorching summer season, refilling discarded bottles with ordinary water and selling them to passengers make a killing. These youths can be spotted at any of the railway stations of the city, with many of them operating at the Allahabad junction and bus stand. They can be spotted going through the various stages of their 'business'; from collecting empty bottles, filling them from the pipes providing water in the toilets to actually selling them. As a train arrives, these sellers target the general compartment and that too at the side opposite to the platform because those passengers do not get off, owing to the heavy rush in the general compartment. This water is sold at anything between Rs5 and Rs10 per bottle.
