Migrants coming from Lampedusa are hosted by Torino Hub, a first reception center managed by the Italian Red Cross, where migrants remain for a few days waiting to be redistributed to other hubs. In Turin, migrants from Lampedusa are housed in the via Traves hub used in winter for the ''cold emergency'' and for homeless people's shelter and have been entrusted to the Prefecture for the reception of migrants until the end of September.
