Main stream party member and chairman Farooq Abdullah lay flowers on the graves at martyrs graveyard in Srinagar, Indian Administered Kashmir on 13 July 2019. July 13th is observed as Martyrs' Day to pay homage to the 22 civilians killed in firing by Dogra Army outside Srinagar Central Jail in 1931. Restrictions were placed throughout the valley to thwart any protests and to bar Pro-Freedom camp to visit the Graveyard.
