On June 11, 2026, at approximately 8:30 PM, NYPD officers responded to an assault in progress inside Little Bay Park, within the confines of the 109 Precinct in Queens, New York. Upon arrival, officers observed a man with a stab wound to his back. The man was transported by EMS to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. Sources say numerous suspects with mopeds fled the scene. There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing.
