This event, known as Reciclatron, is a program that promotes among citizens the correct management, separation, and recycling of electronic and electrical waste, which requires a special management plan to collect, transport, and take advantage of their value, or manage their final disposal in an environmentally appropriate and controlled manner. Reciclatron 2025 at Universum is organized by the Ministry of the Environment (SEDEMA), in collaboration with universities, as well as with mayoral governments and private initiatives, such as the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry (CMIC), with the aim of promoting the management, adequate use, and reduction of waste.
