Łukasz, 34, was born with learning disabilities. He says he has been painting since he was a child. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is awarding President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola the Order of Merit during a press conference in Kyiv, Ukraine, on May 9, 2024, amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Official negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU are expected to begin before the end of the first half of 2024.
