Nadim khoury stands with his niece Elina, tasting the wine which produced in his Winery in Taybeh village on May 2, 2015. 21 years to establish first Palestinian brewery in Taybeh village, 15km north-east of Ramallah city of the West Bank. Nadeem and his brother Daoud Khouri are the factory owners which established in 1994, after Oslo agreement and it has been described as a pioneer microbrewery in the region. In 1997, "Taybeh Beer" became the first Palestinian alcoholic product in Palestinian markets and exporting it to Germany, where it was brewed and bottled for sale in Europe. Also exported directly from Taybeh to Sweden, Denmark, Japan, and Italy. Nadeem aspire to export the first Palestinian Beer to the United States of America and Britain as well. They import Barley from Belgium and France and other contents from Germany, Czech republic, Czechoslovakia, and London, United kingdom. And they do not add any extra content to speed up the fermentation process materials, as Nadeem said. Nadeem and his brother Daoud developed alcohol products and sought in the west bank to include Winery to producing 6 kinds of wine with new modern machines in Taybeh village, near Ramallah of the west bank Israeli-occupied. Nadeem and Daoud sons are working all together in their own winery and brewery. Nadeem and his brother Daoud founded the Winery in 2013 in their village, in Taybeh near Ramallah city of the west bank Israeli-occupied. Taybeh Village population about 1500 of Palestinian Christians.
