In suit and tie, Marti Batres, head of the Mexico City government, accompanied by Guillermo Calderon (orange waistcoat), Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro; Jesus Esteva, secretary of works; and multidisciplinary team in civil engineering, director of the boarding of a metro carriage during the reopening of the surface section of Line 12 of the Metro Collective Transport System that includes the stations Periferico Oriente, Calle 11, Lomas Estrella, San Andres Tomatlan and Culhuacan, after remaining 2 years and 2 months without service following the collapse of a structure between the stations Tezonco and Olivos where 27 people lost their lives and dozens of people were injured.
