The so-called Little America (Kisamerika) houses, carved into the rock, are being seen in Cserepfalu, Hungary, on November 7, 2023. Kisamerika's dwelling places, carved in rock, were built in the 1920s. They owe their name to the locals' bitter sense of humor, as they became homes for the poorest families in Cserepfalu during the Great Depression - that is, when the better-off emigrated to the big America.
