Summit Italy –France with italian PM Matteo Renzi and french PM Francois Hollande takes place in Venice, at palazzo Ducale on March 8th, 2016. They are likely to discuss Libya amid suggestions that the country could be split into three mini-states if a unified administration does not emerge to bring together warring factions. Since the removal of Gadhafi in 2011 Libya has been beset by a major political crisis which has culminated in a renewed civil war between several rival organisations including the so-called 'Islamic State' group (IS).
