People walk past taxis blocking the Bridge Street approach to Parliament Square in London, England, on February 8, 2019. Taxi drivers in the city are angry about plans to ban all cars from Tottenham Court Road, a key route through central London, between 8am and 7pm from Mondays to Saturdays, with only buses and cyclists to be allowed.
