Stone parts of a huge statue, possibly symbolizing Ramses II, are being unearthed after they were discovered at the ancient Heliopolis archaeological site in Matareya district of Cairo, Egypt on March 13, 2017. The statues were found in parts in the vicinity of the King Ramses II temple in the temple precinct of ancient Heliopolis, also known as Oun, by a German-Egyptian archaeological mission.

Quezon City, Philippines - A protested raises a placard during the President's State of the Nation Address (SONA) held in Quezon City North of Manila on July 28, 2014. Protesters assailed President Benigno Aquino III administration for betraying the people's trust in its gross abuse if discretion and blatant misuse of public funds.
