Newly recruited Indian army soldiers from the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry (JAKLI) take part in a passing-out parade at the JAKLI army headquarters in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on December 4, 2025. A total of 711 young men from Jammu and Kashmir are formally inducted into the JKLIR after eleven months of rigorous training.

A ceremony takes place at the City Hall in Kathmandu to announce the unification between the Nepali Communist Party and Rawal's Matribhumi Jagaran Abhiyan. Nepali Communist Party Coordinator Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Co-coordinator Madhav Kumar Nepal, and leaders Jhala Nath Khanal, Bamdev Gautam, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, among others, participate in the unification ceremony. Coordinator Dahal and Rawal reach a seven-point agreement. The agreement is also signed by Co-coordinator Nepal, along with both leaders.
