Aerial panoramic view from a drone of Agios Prokopios or Prokopi sandy beach in Naxos Island. Local Greeks and foreign tourists are protesting against the extensive occupation of the coast of umbrellas and sunbeds in the Greek islands and mainland, a growing nationwide movement against the expansion of expensive rented shadow. Beachbars are occupying larger areas than their permission which do not allow people to have free access to the beach. Similar incidents occurred in Agia Anna and Plaka beach. In Naxos the movement ''Save the beaches of Naxos now!'' emerged forming a legal complaint in the prosecutor similar to Paros Island with the media known name Towel Movement led to the government to bring inspectors. Naxos is part of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, Greece on August 2023.

Panoramic view of the new camp. Evening sunset time outside of the barbed wire fence of the new camp for asylum seekers. A New Refugee camp has been created in Greece with the support of the EU. The new camp is a closed controlled facility where people can enter only by using their card in addition to their biometrical fingerprint. The new camp can host up to 3500 people, split in 8 different main areas according to the group category or the ethnicity. On September 21 the authorities moved all the remaining people from the former camp located in Vathi - Samos to the new one without any problems and resistance. Building and additional work is still in process. Police and security do a screening - security check before entering in the camp. Right now 283 people are located in the new facility that was officially opened a few days ago with European representation. Zervou, Samos Island, Greece on September 21, 2021
