Guide Dog Training School for the Blind in Mexico City, where five dogs are graduating and retiring after completing their training and service as guide dogs to people with visual disabilities (blind or low vision). Silvia Lozada Badillo, the director and founder of the Guide Dog Training School for the Blind I.A.P., who became visually disabled at the age of three due to a viral illness, is leading the event. After years, she sought support and traveled to the United States to attend the Leader Dogs for the Blind school, where she received her first guide dog, a German shepherd. A couple walks their dogs near the security fence at Ouistreham ferry terminal. Since the beginning of December, there has been a huge increase of migrants attempting to cross the Channel by boat. In that regard, refugees are suspected of stealing boats. Only this week, four attempts took place at night, when the ships were moored at the port. Guided by smugglers, 17 refugees managed to steal a boat from Boulogne Port. They were intercepted in Dover by British police.
