Members of the NYPD Crime Scene Unit place evidence markers to highlight where spent shell casings are discovered at the scene. Two men are shot and killed near 500 Brush Avenue within the confines of the 45th precinct in Throggs Neck, Bronx, New York, United States, on July 28, 2025. On Monday morning at approximately 5:36 AM, a 21-year-old male suffers multiple gunshot wounds to the abdomen and buttocks, and a 22-year-old male suffers multiple gunshot wounds to the shoulder and armpit. Both men who are shot are pronounced dead at the hospital. There are no arrests originally made.

A 28-year-old man is shot in the thigh in the area of Home Street and Prospect Avenue within the confines of the 41st precinct in Bronx, New York, United States, on July 26, 2025. On Saturday evening at 9:15 PM, the man is injured in the shooting and is transported by EMS to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition. No arrests are originally made.
