On 14 June 2015 he was suddenly asked to divorce, his wife, with the support of his family, asked Gianluca to return to his country and not to be seen again. Since then, six different trial paths have been followed with sentences completely in favor of the father, in which the judges affirm that the father must be able to see the child at least once a month. Judgments never enforced. From the divorce of June 14, 2015 to today, he could see his son for 25 minutes inside a car in exchange for some personal belongings, and for 50 minutes in exchange for some furniture and appliances that were present in the house where they would had to live together. Since the end of October 2016 he lives and works in Ageo near Tokyo and continues his legal dispute to embrace his son after more than two years.
