On July 29, 2023, in Sanary-sur-Mer, the ''sea breeze'' phenomeon is seen at a seaside resort located in the Var department, in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region of France. The meteorological phenomenon called ''sea breeze'' occurs when a body of air of maritime origin, laden with moisture after a long oceanic journey, is transported to a continental area. This results in a very cloudy to overcast sky with low clouds, sometimes accompanied by mists or fogs. This phenomenon is very rare in summer.
