A Kashmiri Shia Muslim man purchases a placard of Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah during a protest against Israel following the killing of Lebanon's Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in an Israeli air strike in Beirut, in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on October 4, 2024. The Israeli army (Tsahal) states on September 28, 2024, on X (formerly Twitter) that Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah is killed in an overnight strike on Beirut, and Hezbollah confirms the death of Nasrallah in a statement on the same date. More than 41,300 Palestinians and over 1,400 Israelis are killed, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), since Hamas militants launch an attack against Israel from the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, and the Israeli operations in Gaza and the West Bank that follow it.
